I own a restaurant, 14 years now, popular place. I've been thinking lately...what if they tell me in order to keep my food license I have to get the shot?! I DO NOT WANT THE SHOT!! What would I do then? Wife stays home with the kids. We both cut a check from the business. Any suggestions?

Tell them what they are doing is a Federal crime and you will be pressing charges. Then get an attorney and press charges. US title 18-242 to start.
I keep saying this but nobody seems to listen. I hope you will. The US Constitution is the SUPREME law of our land. It guarantees your inalienable rights. It does not give or grant you these rights, it guarantees your GOD given rights. You have the right to decline an experimental medication. End of story. So USE the constitution to back up your rights. Amendment 9 and Amendment 14 (section 1) in particular.
Also, there are constitutional attorneys that will help you if it comes to that. Look up patriot lawyer Thomas Renz. He has a network of attorneys and may have someone in your area. Good luck and please keep us posted.
Resist. At any cost
Patriots storm the walls long before that happens, mandatory shots for owning a business is way past what people will accept. Could be wrong but doubt it.
That's what I've been thinking also. But thought, what if I'm wrong. Thanks
arming up is the only thing to do or hide
"too old to run, too fat to hide"
this is a line that if crossed will unleash Hell...i also own a business with my wife...this is the straw that will pull the trigger........stand tough fern
Make a speakeasy.
Hall way with 1 person that has a book, a few over sized chairs. Couple comes in shows IDs. After a few minutes send them to the restroom down the hall. Restrooms have secret entry way to restaurant.
Inspector comes in. Gets locked in bathroom. Release oder of rotten Durian.
Keep operating and execute public "officials" who interfere

Where do you live? Is this a distinct possibility or are we playing the what if worst possible scenario game?
And I'm not trying to be an a$$. It's a legitimate question
I don’t think you should be telling the universe that you cut a cheque to your wife from your business if she is not working in your business and staying home with the kids. You are admitting to an illegal business expense. Delete your post.
She works for the restaurant, in charge of front of restaurant, from home. Also does all the books.
Then this is a legit business expense.
Delete the post?
That is a level of paranoia I have not yet seen. No one is monitoring random internet forums to find random unidentified people who maybe might be doing something they shouldn't in order to start a time consuming investigation that.would likely lead to nowhere. They have bigger fish to fry
You’re probably right, revenue dept. can’t find out who he is (sarc). I was just worried for him because I’m speaking from experience.
Husband, now retired, had business and had me on the payroll for 27 years. Many days I worked from home. I had to prove to revenue dept, a number of times thru audits, what I actually did, in great detail, to prove that I was entitled to that paycheque. They accused him of illegal business expenses but luckily we kept excellent records and we were able to prove that I did in fact earn my paycheque. I don’t know what else I can tell you. All I can say is that I felt nervous for OP because it reminded me of my situation. If his wife is doing books, answering the phone, etc. he will have no problem but he did not state this in his post.
