Weird, seemed like pretty much everyone said shot to the neck (including the guy who originally said stomach). Shoulder wound seems quite minor, unless she bled to death... which would have required quite a loss of blood, which didn't look to be the case. Wonder if those cops were ushered away because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time... e.g. they weren't part of the troupe. Yes, lots of nods, shakes, taps, looks... appears to be communication, signals, stage cues. It seemed like she looked over to the left at one point before the shooter came into the picture, almost as if to make sure he was ready. If it had been scripted and rehearsed, all she would be focused on is climbing into the window, hear the shot and fall back (bracing self). No need to look over to the left. Or it's possible she was signaled that she was clear to go in, unbeknownst to her that a shooter was setting up (this scenario presumes it was a real shooting and she was hit)... in other words, it was a trap and she was sacrificed. I still lean more towards her being in the know and part of an operation. But if that's true, we're unlikely to ever know.
