If her crimes were involved national security issues then it would be a military tribunal wouldn't it? This last trial was just the beginning and likely trapped a few in lies.

Yup. This is just the exposure phase of her involvement. People are becoming aware of who she is, what she was up to, and why, but all on a superficial level.
