Google federal prison sentencing guidelines and read about serving sentences concurrently, crimes she found guilty of have a low minimum before parole eligibility, for the cunt, she’s currently looking at possibility of being able to walk in 10 years

After Booker and other Supreme Court cases, such as Blakely v. Washington (2004), the Guidelines are now considered advisory only. Federal judges (state judges are not affected by the Guidelines) must calculate the guidelines and consider them when determining a sentence, but are not required to issue sentences within the guidelines.

I’m sorry that I don’t have much faith in the judge with covid concerns over the trial

So your expectation is 65 years served sequentially with no chance to get out?

My expectation is max 65 years but served concurrently, which could allow for parole in as little as 10 years

Guess we’ll get to see who guessed right soon
