It's myocarditis. It's caused by the vaxxes causing your own auto-immune system to mistakenly identify normal proteins attaching to your ACE 2 receptors to be bad guys and causing your heart muscle cells to be attacked by your white blood cells to inhibit any further activity in them like maybe feeding themselves. Did I miss anything?

Not a doctor so, please, elaborate.
