Nothing suggests he said "I'm the best predictor in the country" as a joke. He seems dead serious about it. Does he prostrate himself in front of a mirror each day?

Every now and then I'm reminded that Dilbert exists, and it's sometimes funny, so I go and have a look at it. But every time I do that, it seems like reading the same comic with the same jokes as last time I remembered it existed.
