This might receive a lot of hate, but it is the way I feel.

No, you are trying to sneak in and combine an abundance of institutions that are wildly different into a conversation about doing what's instructed by God in scripture. The institutions aren't the authority, scripture is.
The Catholic church for example BOLDLY opposes Sola Scprtura which is "scripture alone" on of the 5 pillars of the Protestant reformation. They were torturing and killing christians for going against their traditions that conflicted with scripture. There is no pope in the Bible or confession, those are man made. I'm sure we could agree there. But Catholicism at this point has about as much to do with Biblical Christianity as Splenda has to do with sugar.
Another straw-man fallacy. Not my position at all. You're being intellectually dishonest.
You position is currently that God, contrary to scripture, couldn't carry forth His word and His commands in scripture are to be ignored at will since they were no from God. As well as there's no thing out there as Biblical leadership that recognizes God's word as the ultimate authority and submits to it. You also spit in the face of the apostles that directed, instructed, and help found churches and leadership themselves.
You cannot support your position of scripture and if your god can't carry forth his word as he intended then he is not THE sovereign God of scripture, just an idol you have created to justify your disobedience.
This whole conversation leads be to believe you have had a bad experience at some bad churches and have never been a member of a true Bible believing church with Biblical leadership which just makes me feel sorry for you. They are out there. And you will never know what you're missing till you become a part of one.
I literally said that.
I also said the catholic church ignores scripture and elevates their traditions.
How are you missing this?
Because it's not only not a fact, it flies in the face of everything I've been saying. SCRIPTURE is the authority, not "leadership" and that leadership should SUBMIT to the authority of scripture, not the other way around. The Catholic church is an example of what NOT to do.
You are putting the cart before the horse. How is what the catholic church does any different that you at the core?
I don't accept the Catholic churches claim to authority. Just like every reformer and Protestant and most of the men that founded this country.
Sir you need a better understanding of church history. Specifically textual transmission and the Reformation. Neither of which relied on the Catholic church.
You have an opportunity to learn and grow. You should take it. You'll find even more reasons to stand against the Catholic church as I do.
