Buying my vitamins for the year, any recommendations? Usually take the life extension two-per day multivitamin!

I can only swallow so many per day.
Break them up. I take a set with breakfast, some at lunch and some before bed depending on if they give energy (super B in morning) or are calming (magnesium zinc and l-thenaine at night)
I know. I swallow so many I am sick of it, but will keep doing it.
