Q uses these people to continue playing a role in certain aspects of the plan under white hat control; such contributing to the great awakening, triggering certain events that will help with their agenda. We are "watching a movie". They essentially become actors.
Comey tweeted that it was "good to be back in Iowa". Q took his tweet and reposted it saying "was the corn ripe for harvesting? It is now". I'm taking that as an imposition that Comey was about to be confronted and ripe for turning and coming under control of the White Hats to begin playing his role.
Now Comey's daughter is being used as the prosecutor in the Maxwell trial. People believed this doomed the case and that Maurene is being used to disrupt the trial and evidence. But I think this post shows that the Comey's are currently under white hat control, and Maurene is playing her role. While the elite think the case is safe, we are going to see more information purposely dropped. The white hats are in control of the information being released and the new prosecutions that follow.
All that is well and good, but what I am trying to figure out is what is the significance of those two Q posts you have selected for the 93 day difference?

I think the "no deals" references are aimed towards those near the top of the globalist pyramid. The Q still needs deals from those on lower levels to get the goods on those above them, or to more easily facilitate a desired outcome, as evidenced in this Maxwell case.
