Why would Maxwell ASK if she could get a booster? Is this how she will suicide out of her sentence?

It would "seem" the easy way out of her sentence and future court cases she may be linked to with elites and their dirty little secrets.

Yeah, I think it literally just means she has requested to get a booster vaccine. The federal government controls everything regarding her and her stay in prison now, and she has no ability to make decisions or take actions cuz she, well, in prison. So in order to get a booster shot, her lawyer has to make a motion in public court asking the federal government to get and give her a dose of the booster.
