Dont get suckered into buying collectibles. Just buy the cheapest silver you can find.
Also it doesnt hurt to have a hundred dollars face value of junk silver. Old coins are 90% silver and will be much easier to use for barter in the event of total economic collapse. I get mostly dimes but also have quarters and half dollars. These I dont buy for the melt value at all, just for barter value. Ive been buying a bag every year since 1985.
