Began feeling bad a few days before Xmas. Body aches, chills, migraine, congestion, swollen glands, which all now have cleared up since last Monday. Now I have been dealing with the congestion and it's slows my breathing. It feels better when I can get the phlegm out.
Meds taken: First five days ivermectin, followed up with another dose on day 7. Zinc, vitamin c, d, quercetin, NAC, thermaflu.
Did a teledoc session last night and was prescribed an antibiotic for bacteria sinus infection.
Appetit is non-existent, with consuming a piece of fruit or two a day.
My wife had similar symptoms which started a couple of days after mine. She is now almost 100%.

That is the one difference between my wife and I, she has been eating the whole time.
I just forced down a big bowl of oatmeal. May try a protein shake in a little while.
Blend blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and o.j. into a smoothy, twice daily.
Eat as much asparagus as you can handle. ( super anti-oxidant )
Drink hot toddy before bedtime > 1oz whisky, tablespoon of honey, tablespoon lemon juice, 8oz boiling water.
Take cayenne and garlic supplements and the usual Zinc, Vitamin D, C and B complex that are always suggested.
For upset stomach, drink 2oz of dill pickle juice. In fact, pickle juice once a day along with apple cider vinegar tabs will absolutely help you lose weight.
Try some Boost in the meantime.
