Yes, I always try to keep integrity, honesty, kindness and fairness in my thoughts and actions.

For example, I tell my children that I am just going to consider everything is a sentient being with feelings, because, why not? And so, I thank my fruit trees for giving me bountiful fruit and I even gently pet their leaves. I thank my stove timer when it beeps on time. I tell my dog how much joy she brings me. I try never to use a curse word at anyone, etc.

I always acknowledge kindnesses when I see them, and I compliment people whenever I can and only if it is genuine. I volunteer a lot. I pray everyday.
