So I was always worried about getting COVID due to being overweight but it looks as if I finally caught it. I spent the week at a convent and in the Villa I stayed a few people were confirmed with it. I bought the Ivermectin horse paste a while back in preparation for this but I am unsure of how much to dose. I only have 1 tube, what else do I need? I feel like trash, last night I had a sore throat coming on, this morning I woke up with a stuffy nose and fever in addition and as the day has gone on I have gotten worse. Really drained of energy and everything hurts. I know there was a picture posted but my brain feels like mush and I don't remember what it was called to search. I also have Zinc and Vitamin D (buying oranges for the C).

Minimum 3000iu vit D(uptake of supplemental D is low so you need quite a bit of it to get your blood levels high enough, at which point most don't even have symptoms), vitamin D side effects from excess start at about 10 000 iu after a few years of taking them at those doses so probably best to not exceed the frontline doctors short-term use if exposed dosage of 8000iu.
Kreatine(monohydrate) should if simply used as it says on the package(usually says to start with a 1 week 4x-doseloading phase) go a long way towards getting your energy back(probably the safest most tried out supplement known and has a few other non training positive effects).
Quercetin and Zink is also something I take every day and that is also likely to help(has quite a few additional health benefits...)
Personally I would stay away from the oranges due to the sugar(fructose is worse for the liver than alcohol...) but I'm a carnivore so I only eat meat anyway(quite a few health benefits and the average life span of exclusively carnivorous indigenous people is higher than the western average...)
