The panhandle is RED. I'd live anywhere east of Panama City. The beaches look like snow and the water is turquoise.

Spent all of my summers in the 70's in Destin. First trip there was in the mid 1960's. There was 1 motel and 1 grocery store. It was pristine. Now, it's a city with a beach and I'm not interested.
