When Q referred to "Timelines change", I believe that the word 'timelines' actually meant dimensional timelines, not budget timelines.

If we take a look at the Department of Energy Final FY18 Funding Office of Science, Trump reduced the funding in every department of the Office of Science, except ONE department: Advance Science Computing Research, which is responsible for Quantum Computing. In fact, Trump INCREASED their budget.

According to energy.gov, in 2017 said, "Support for quantum computing research originated in the Advanced Scientific Computing Research program in 2017 and rapidly spread across the Office of Science. The research portfolio now includes applications in nuclear and particle physics, plasma science, chemistry, and materials. It also includes improving the fundamental building blocks of quantum computers, developing sophisticated control to make the most of any group of qubits, and computer science research that will ultimately make quantum computers easier to use."

On December 2020, energy.gov also published an article that is titled, "U.S. Department of Energy to Support America's New National Space Policy." That's right, the Department of Energy is working with US Space Force.

Considering all of this, I'm very curious what Q meant in post #3585, it read:

Additionally in post #3827, Q wrote, "Sometimes the future can find the past."

There was or is a theory that Q could quite possibly be a Quantum Computer, communicating current events to us from the future. And if Q knows what will happen... then it really brings home Q's statement made a number of times: "Nothing can stop what is coming."

Nothing can stop what is coming = NCSWIC = "National Council of Statewide Interoperability Coordinators", which was established by DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). This division is also responsible for the national Alerts, Warnings and Notification systems.

The article briefly outlines NCSWIC's coordination and collaboration with CISA and FEMA in order to enhance communication and improve their Alert, Warning and Notification systems (AWN).

Makes you think about the 'Presidential Alert System'.....

Q has stated a few of these phrases numerous times and many are interesting, such as:'
