Something was definitely different about this and the way I suddenly saw a ton of foreign Asian tourists wearing masks in Maricopa and Phoenix Arizona in the several weeks before announcement of Covid19. This struck me as very odd.

I had never seen it before when I had seen groups of Asian tourists, which is why it struck me as odd.
