Viagra is nothing like aspirin. Viagra acts as an inhibitor of a product that causes vasodilation. Aspirin irreversibly inactivates platelets to decrease clotting.

Drugs in the Viagra family are used in pulmonary hypertension. Aspirin has no such use.
