This title isn't noted in the article, nor is there a video hearing him say it that I saw. Did I miss it?

It seems implied, but I'd rather hear if he actually said something so repulsive and hostile.

If anyone really thought about it, it would be people who ADDED something to themselves that could be mutants, not those who DIDN"T add anything....but logic escapes them.
