I am considering a nebulizer to use with 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide. I work at a hospital and my lungs are toast after all of the mask wearing so if any more knowledgeable than me could weigh in I’d really appreciate it. I am considering a Pari Proneb Max from Just Nebulizers.

Look into Dr McCullagh's iodine protocols. Nebulizers should be used as a treatment for illness. Using one regularly may have a down side by further weakening the lungs. Better to prophylactically target the upper airway.

I get it about chronic mask wearing. Been wearing one for decades and they have done their damage. Constant low O2 and increased CO2 levels from wearing surgical masks was something we never thought about or were taught.
