The big question is what impact this will have, if any, on the rest of service members that have been separated for not getting the vax. The Marines and Air Force have already kicked some out.

I think the bigger impact is Llyod Austin being triple poked and still getting the coof. How can any judge say the "vaccine" is good enough to demand upon everyone if it doesn't do jack to stop people from getting covid or spreading it?
The BIG assumption is that the "vaccine" will stop covid and everyone will benefit. It's for the greater good, blah, blah, blah.
Well, that has NOT happened. 95% of people getting Omicron are vaxxed.
I could also see a ton of service members filing lawsuits against the pentagon and secretary Austin over this. I imagine the the same will happen to every employer who fired employees that refused the vaccine especially if SCOTUS does rule against OSHA on the 7th.

same bro. disgusting reservist goin to drill this weekend. put in an exemption a few months ago but i doubt they'll bite. never got the vaxx and the deadline is passed. wonder if this is gonna change anything. which kinda leads me to another question...

Edit: especially considering the vaccine technically violates the Berry Amendment (or whatever it's called) because it sourced the genetic code for the spike protein from China.
