Dude this movie is a documentary. Literally (((they))) used the internet/phone/radio frequency to get people raging mad at each other.

A lot of fictional movies these days are documentaries. Case in point.....Eyes Wide Open. The "conspiracy theory" is that Stanley Kubrick was killed by the Illuminati.
