(I went to her account from the vid you linked and previewed her channel though one vid she references in her comment which I'm quoting I couldn't see cuz it says "media too big"): The vid you shared was linked and she said: "GRAPHIC, WARNING. You guys please do not watch the video above if you are sensitive to seeing fatal accidents. It is of a man who was at a protest that suddenly was screaming and grabbing his head and smoke was pouring from his eyes. Some people were claiming that he was vaccinated and that there were “5G towers next door.” We have to be very diligent about not believing everything stated and questioning everything. Our fabulious Fabio, found what seems to be the source of these freak and absolutely awful accidents. They are an illegal type of smoke granade whose rounded shape allows them to lodge themselves in the head. While they were not designed for this purpose, they are meant to disperse crowds with tear gas, this is what appears to be hapening bc so far this has happened at several protests where smoke grenades were being launched. Below is a video explaining the weapon and how this happens."

I was unable to view the video her account referenced at the link - cuz I don't have an account. It was debunked though a couple days ago.
It's important to keep in mind the story presented OR the debunking of a story could be misinformation.
There are things that exist we cannot even imagine possible.
