exactly. it seemed like the back-story on every single one of these panhandlers was that they were young and stupid and thought that there was free food and weed in colorado.

one young girl even claimed to be from HAWAII, like she spent every dime she had on a plane ticket to get to colorado, and now she hasn't eaten in 3 days...

and I'm like, wow... hawaii sounds nice huh?
