oh, and the SCOTUS has already rejected the challenge to the New York vaccine mandate by a 6-3
about the only argument that a pro-vaxxer MIGHT understand, is a simple, polite
"NO!"
and if they ask twice, then you change your tone of voice from nice, to not-so-nice, and sternly say,
"HELL NO!"
kinda telling that the pushed OSHA mandate deadline back to February,
it looks like they just roll out these deadlines, and then hope everyone goes along with it.
when people don't budge, they extend the deadline, hoping to get a few more people to voluntarily take the vaccine.
the VERY BIG problem that OSHA and the Supreme Court are looking at, is the uncertainty of what happens when lots of "anti-vaxxers" are fired for failure to comply to OSHA rules?
and if this was a minor, less-controversial OSHA rule, they might have gotten away with enforcing it, slowly, over time and space. fire one guy here, fire another guy there, slowly weed them out.
with the OSHA mandate going into effect at the same time, being highly publicized, and therefore obviously a daily topic of conversation at every workplace that is under OSHA rules.
and businesses will immediately be under immense pressure, to enforce the vaccine mandate, or face a HUGE OSHA FINE
and all it takes, is ONE employee to drop the dime to OSHA about the boss not enforcing the mask mandate, or the testing mandate, and the boss gets in trouble.
nobody knows how this game of chicken will end,
but if the past is any indication of the future,
SCOTUS will affirm OSHA mandate,
and lots of companies will be forced to enforce it by the (new deadline) in February,
and many of these companies are already short-handed,
and many of these companies products, are integral parts of the global supply chain.
and it looks like rolling the dice with crippling the US workforce is a risk that the vaccine cult is well-prepared to take.
