It really does. At least one had a mag carrier vest and no one is armed? Even the most basic trained soldiers would not allow their position to be overrun- defensive parameter without engaging at a minimum. They appear submissive and are tossed around in this short clip. Strange.

I guess the official reason is possibly that since the govt resigned, these soldiers dont report to anyone…
