I am 100% behind this! Let’s gooo! Accountability needs to be in place. Unfortunate it has to be so intrusive but, it will reward the teachers who care and do great things. For those who don’t, no more naughty behavior out of sight.

Largely self-educated, but I only remember a few good teachers out of the 40 and as many bad.
