Yes, Disney is popular. But Alice in Wonderland has not been popular for decades.

Plenty of fresh IP that could have been placed outside this building. Relevant fact: buildings like this in Kazakhstan were all built within the last few years, so it's not like this has been there since 1980.

How many is a few? But the age of the building is not necessarily the same as the statues age.
