see majbuttes note above, read moar. mk programs, operation paperclip-mengele-cia-child torture to create controlled multiple personalities (alters)- mind contol- programming of hidden personalities to perform missions- control of public figures, officials etc through kompromat- luring figures to perform atrocities on young people- manchurian candidates executing missions. lots you need to learn.

on top of all this, Q also mentions Alice AND Wonderland, which seems to decode to HRC and the old Saudi Arabia (now under new ownership)
