So I flipped on the TV to check the weather, and came across a Covid report. They interviewed a large testing lab: working 24/7, with 25,000 tests per day processed, one-third positive tests, now with virtually 100 percent Omicron (how do they know the "variant"?), and half of the positives with NO symptoms. Aside from the fact that testing looks like a very profitable business, WTH are people thinking? Why do so many dumbs rush out, stand in line for ages, and get repeated tests? We never used to treat colds or flu like this with such panicked stupidity. You don't die from a silly little cold! You don't die from the flu unless you are weak and elderly! This must have come about from constant media banging on about artificially pumped up cases of death. Suddenly everyone is more fearful of a respiratory ailment than of cancer or heart disease or other common killers. "Oh, I just sneezed! I have to go get tested! I need a booster!! I'm in danger of dying from a cold!!!" People who are actually dying are dying from plain stupidity. No one has ever created a successful cold vaccine, and this mRNA garbage is the furthest thing from successful other than lining the pockets of vaccine companies and investors. A companion piece was talking about how schools are short of substitute teachers. Everyone is calling in sick. Is this happening across all businesses? VAIDS, ADE? Biden's Dark Winter, I guess. And they keep saying everyone needs to get vaxxed. The jabs ARE the problem! I now understand the expression: The stupid, it hurts.

It's not just people being stupid on their own. It's also people being coerced with "in order to fly," "in order to go back to work," "to go back to school," "to be eligible at the next tournament," and stuff like that. It's a chain of little coercions along the way, "make 'em test so we don't get sued," like of things. My son was just called at home by an HR stoogette and told to get tested because "someone at the store was exposed." He told her to fire him or don't bother calling about covid because he didn't want to hear it. I was laughing, and we'll find out what happens on his next workday.
Yep the pastor of my local church just tested positive. He felt fine but is unvaccinated so had to test to bring his dad to a Dr visit. Now tons of people are worried and running out to get tested because they shook a pastors hand days ago.
Why did he test if he felt fine? Genuine question.
Cause around here they won't let you go to normal doctor visits without it. That's why my kids haven't been to a doctor in over a year.
oic, thx for your response.
