Yes. It is. Russia wants to stay Russia and not have its own Cultures destroyed or be ruled by China. Plus they were also Communist not long ago, nor do their people want to go back being Communist. China likes being China, but wants to economically rule the world, and can only do that by Communist infiltration. Russia is trying to help us stay the US because they understand that’s what we want, and to also not be ruled by China, or be Communist. It is also against our Constitution and law to be a Communist nation or have Communist policies.
