I heard that the DS feds who staged it had set times that their groups would activate, They would not be able to use radios per say due to potentially having their comms intercepted so despite Trump delaying his speech, the DS groups were forced to activate on time because they had no group to group communications thus blowing the narrative that Trump was leading the mob.
