Yes, as I said, some people will just never get it.

He did pretty severe damage to his support by doing this, for no gain of any kind for himself. He didn't pick up any pro-vaccine supporters. he didn't get any praise from anybody.

He's not a dumb guy. He knows the vaccines are unsafe and ineffective. He knows he would lose support for no gain for himself.

He didn't do that because he was making a mistake. He did it for a good reason.
