About 3 years ago I started doing One Meal A Day (OMAD) fasting plus the occasional 3-7 day fasts multiple times a year and I haven't been sick once since. I have been around numerous friends/family memebers who had covid and some of which I literally came in contact with them and have not even had a sniffle. Extended fasting rebuilds your immune system to extraordinary levels to resist most sicknesses that the masses get every year.
Another small benefit - saves so much time. One meal, one cleanup. Done.
