Sysco doesn't supply grocery stores. Most of them use their own trucks for most groceries. Bread comes from area bakeries. Milk comes from local packagers. Cookies and snack cakes come from are bakeries and are delivered by the small distributor's own trucks. Soft drinks, beer, and wine are delivered by local wholesalers which mostly get their stock delivered by train from the factories.
If you don't eat out much, Sysco doesn't matter much.
