The person in the vid is DS bitch. Don't recall who he is due to seizure activity.

He talks about the the cardboard on the windows at that one voting counting site and also at 1 minute and 27 seconds in the video that's when the senator or congressman brings up the insurrection was planned.

I originally downloaded this back on Feb 10th, 2021.

I'm not tech savvy at all.
