Well the Company I work for is finally caving pending the outcome of tomorrow's Supreme Court ruling. If anyone is able to follow this and or give me Legal tools to fight it would be greatly appreciated.

My company is choosing money over workers freedoms too. I hope the court does the right thing, but I don't they will. I think the plan is to push our faces right into the fire and see if we'll snap.
