Well the Company I work for is finally caving pending the outcome of tomorrow's Supreme Court ruling. If anyone is able to follow this and or give me Legal tools to fight it would be greatly appreciated.

I've prayed hard about this case. We'll see what way this goes I guess, hopefully it goes our way but if it doesn't I might have to try starting my own business in some way. I would like to know if religious exemptions are possible to get out of testing though

Exemptions at my work guarantee testing... starting next week.
They should not be testing until February, as that's the deadline to implement weekly tests. January 7th is the deadline for them to determine vax status and implement masking for unvaccinated employees.

Hopefully the Supreme Court stops it today and does the right thing.
