NEET is the term you're looking for. NEET stands for "Not in Education, Employment, or Training", usually applies to people who stay at home (oftentimes their parents' house), doing nothing but watch T.V. all day, play video games all day or just lounge around while saying, "Why me?? Everyone hates me!"
