So they would rather go out of business than hand over public records. Nothing to hide there... I guess they would rather be unemployed than in jail.

Going out of business is a misnomer with the current way things work.

They could easily close cyber ninjas, avoid the fines, and reopen as the crazy cat cyber club and owe nothing.
