Yes indeed, running an EV without a typical gas engine, so you'll need a dedicated heater as it has no cooling system to tap into the hot liquid and blow it into a vehicle.
The very first thing to switch off is the air conditioning when trying to eek out a few more precious miles!
I had the new Mercedes fully EV. I picked it up when mine went into service, I only had to travel 25 miles home and started off with a full charge?
So started at say 250 I had gone 19 miles and my range was down to 219 already, so somewhere I'd lost a full 12 miles. Handy ehh, especially stuck in a snow drift, where the cold accelerates the loss of battery power.
The snow melt will fill all of CA reservoirs. However the radical leftists in control of water resources in CA will release all the reservoir water into the pacific ocean right at the beginning of the dry season, and then declare another drought with subsequent water rationing and the closing down of super productive CA farms.
This is how Marxists govern. They need to create misery in order to make the fools who voted them in, more dependent on the state.
I travel I-80 and it drives me crazy to see snow plows all hanging out together at vista points and on ramps while the snow is coming down like crazy. I never understood why they would do that. But after reading the article it seems chances are good that they were broken down.
California moron here, I think I got a good chance at surviving in snow. We are not all the same and don't all cry out to the state when we need something.
They must have never heard of the Donner Party. We've been getting road closures due to snow storms since October. We got measurable snowfall in early October. Everyone was talking about the Christmas storm headed our way. On my side of the Sierras, we were told the last good travel day and that if we missed it, be prepared to be stuck on whatever side you are on.
Ahead of the storm, NV was telling people that if I-80 shuts down DO NOT follow your GPS for alternate routes. But dummies gonna dummy and search and rescue had to go out and rescue people who got stuck on the very roads there were warnings about!
Just wait until everyone has an electric car and gets stranded. There will be frozen bodies pulled out of dead cars.

Idiots, the lot of them.
Good points. We need to red pill ppl on this.
I can't picture a meme to convey what you just said . . .

Appreciate that, just wanted to give a reminder we are not all lost, plenty of good soldiers here prepared to stand for what's right.
Thank you Pede
