Exactly. That’s my point. The lawyers are letting the conversation be steered toward bogus statistics (and then not even disputing the lies) instead of pushing the root issue that the Biden administration is using OSHA as a workaround, to illegally enforce something that hasn’t gone through the legislative process in Congress.
