For some reason, I think that was pointed out awhile back, by ...somebody....not sure who. At least that's been my impression is he can't be fired or defunded.

Actually, they can be fired by the Attorney General for wrongdoing, etc. If they really wanted to get rid of Durham, they would've cooked up some cockamamie story to get rid of him.
