I think THAT is reading a little much into it. Why include him at all if he was going to be insulting...

Of course at the same time he does not address him by his title... Granted that's a gray area with past tense pics. He was still just Brett Kavanaugh here...

Idk it seems odd he would include a pic of McStain at all, but he clarifies he doesn't like him. Here he doesn't seem to throw shade... Time will tell, I suppose.
