The vaccine was already made or maybe being finalized. Hillary was supposed to win and keep us in virus lockdown until the FDA approved the vaxx thus making it able to be made mandatory/forced. They had to release virus early to cheat the election and ensure Trump was out of the way. Trump’s counter was removing legal barriers to let it be released early to avoid the lockdowns and forced nature. He would never have made it mandatory. He gave people choice in the matter and messed up their plan. At least while he could. We shall see how it plays out.
