No - just fined. I’ve had some personal interactions with Judges that were absolutely disgusting involving mental hospitals and rape.

That said - I was trying to communicate in my previous comment that even though the judge here reduced the possible felony to a misdemeanor - I would still have to dig into the judge just to know whether his actions here were exemplary or if they were actually fuel to cover up his own deeds.
