People don't understand what Q meant by outside comms.
Q meant that he would ONLY post as Q on 4chan/8chan/8kun for security reasons. If someone was to go on say Gab and claim to be Q, this would be an easy way to know they are a fraud.
Scavino and Trump have never claimed to be Q or posted as such on other platforms so the outside comms rule does not apply to them.
