I saw her do that when it was live. Later, when they censored her, they meticulously edited in the photo of an infant, to make her look disgusting.

Apparently that’s the dress rehearsal footage; she used the picture of a refugee child due to a refugee/war crisis at the time during rehearsal, then pulled the switchers with the Pope on live tv.
