I am saying it from a background in undergraduate mineralogy. Conchoidal fractures only occur in silicon dioxide. Those are the concentric circular lines on the microscopic particles. It is a significant a marker.

LOL I am still learning. At rapid rates these days, but no-one knows everything. Just saying that THAT slide looks like glass fragments, with some confidence.
