What used to be "never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity" is exactly the opposite in modern times.

She can't be allowed to sit on the highest court in the USA while spouting nonsense that is (or should be) taught in 5th grade civics classes, which I think were done away with a long time ago.
